🍯 Garlic Honey Glazed Chicken Thighs

Ingredients:

  • 4–6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp Garlic Infused SHoney Honey
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
  • ½ tsp chili flakes (optional, for heat)
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (parsley or thyme)
Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
3. Heat olive oil in a cast-iron skillet or oven-safe pan over medium-high heat.
4. Sear chicken thighs skin-side down for about 4–5 minutes, until crispy. Flip and cook 3 more minutes.
5. Mix garlic honey, soy sauce, vinegar, and chili flakes in a small bowl.
6. Brush or pour sauce over the chicken.
7. Transfer skillet to the oven and roast for 20–25 minutes, or until chicken reaches 165°F internal temp and sauce is sticky.
8. Spoon pan sauce over chicken before serving. Garnish with fresh herbs.
