Ingredients:
  • 4 chicken breasts or thighs
  • 1 lb baby carrots
  • ΒΌ cup honey
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Thyme, garlic, salt, pepper
Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 425Β°F (220Β°C).
2. Toss carrots and chicken in honey, vinegar, oil, and seasonings.

3. Spread on sheet pan, roast 25–30 minutes.
