Ingredients:

4 chicken breasts or thighs

1 lb baby carrots

ΒΌ cup honey
-
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

2 tbsp olive oil
- Thyme, garlic, salt, pepper
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 425Β°F (220Β°C).
2. Toss carrots and chicken in honey, vinegar, oil, and seasonings.
3. Spread on sheet pan, roast 25β30 minutes.
