🍯 Honey Garlic Sauce 🍯

In a small bowl, whisk together:
  • 3 tbsp Garlic Infused SHoney Honey
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Set aside — this gets drizzled at the end for that glossy, flavorful finish.
🔥 Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
2. Toss the sweet potatoes with 1 tbsp olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper. Spread evenly on the sheet pan and bake for 10 minutes.
3. Add the chicken and broccoli to the pan. Drizzle with remaining olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss everything gently to combine.
4. Return to oven and roast for another 15–20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until chicken is cooked through and sweet potatoes are tender.
5. Drizzle with the Garlic Infused SHoney Honey sauce while still hot. Toss everything lightly to coat.
6. Optional: Broil for 2–3 minutes to caramelize the honey glaze on top.
