Grateful Like the Honeybee
This Sunday, we find ourselves reflecting on thankfulness in the quiet hum of Godās creation. The honeybee, so small yet so significant, reminds me of the beauty of His design. Each bee does its partāgathering nectar, caring for the hive, protecting the queenānot for its own glory, but for the good of the whole.
Isnāt that what we are called to do as well? Scripture reminds us in 1 Thessalonians 5:18, āGive thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.ā Like the honeybee, we are asked to faithfully keep working, trusting that even the smallest acts of obedience and gratitude build something sweet in Godās Kingdom.
Today, we are thankful for the little thingsāthe golden jar of honey that came from countless bee wings, the cooler temperatures on a Sunday morning, and the gentle nudge from the Lord to slow down and give thanks.
May we carry a spirit of thankfulness into the week ahead, buzzing with joy and spreading sweetness wherever we go.
Remember that Kind Words and Actions are as Sweet as Honey! šÆĀ
