No-Bake Honey Cheesecake

Crust:
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 4 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp honey
Cheesecake Filling:
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- ¼ cup honey (or to taste)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup heavy whipping cream (cold)

🍳 Instructions
1. Prepare the crust
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and honey until evenly coated.
- Press about 1 tablespoon of crust mixture firmly into the bottom of mini muffin liners, silicone molds, or a mini cheesecake pan.
- Chill in the fridge while you make the filling.
2. Make the filling
- Beat softened cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
- Add honey and vanilla, and beat again until creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whip cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined and fluffy.
3. Assemble the bites
- Spoon or pipe the cheesecake filling on top of the chilled crust.
- Smooth or swirl the tops with a spoon.
- Chill for at least 3–4 hours (or overnight) until firm.
4. Finish and serve
- Drizzle with extra honey.
Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
