No-Bake Honey Cheesecake 
📝 Ingredients

Crust:
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp honey
Cheesecake Filling:
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • ¼ cup honey (or to taste)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream (cold)
Topping:

Extra honey drizzle - Lavender or Coffee Infused Honey

🍳 Instructions

1. Prepare the crust
  • Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and honey until evenly coated.
  • Press about 1 tablespoon of crust mixture firmly into the bottom of mini muffin liners, silicone molds, or a mini cheesecake pan.
  • Chill in the fridge while you make the filling.
2. Make the filling
  • Beat softened cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
  • Add honey and vanilla, and beat again until creamy.
  • In a separate bowl, whip cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined and fluffy.
3. Assemble the bites
  • Spoon or pipe the cheesecake filling on top of the chilled crust.
  • Smooth or swirl the tops with a spoon.
  • Chill for at least 3–4 hours (or overnight) until firm.
4. Finish and serve
  • Drizzle with extra honey.
Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
